RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we sincerely apologise if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, let us do right by you through a 1-to-1 exchange if:
- Your items are in their original packaging with product tags intact;
- Your items are unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition; and
- Original receipts are included.
If none of the above conditions are met, we unfortunately cannot process any claims for exchanges even if the items have been mailed back to us. We are also unable to refund any product sold on Kidnapme. store, and we only accept 1-to-1 exchanges.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGE
You may exchange your item within 10 days from the date you received your order. You may exchange your item for the same item, or for another item of equal or lower value from the same Kidnapme. store.
To exchange your item(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your request.
We will review your request and will send you a case number and Exchange form once authorized. This Exchange form will contain the shipping address to send your item for exchange.
Please ensure to include your original order number and case number on the Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.
Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 10 business days and notify you via email once it has been processed.
